Able to assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Willing to handle cleaning, washing and general kitchen duties. Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Responsible, punctual and willing to learn. Able to follow food safety, hygiene and workplace guidelines. Candidates with previous kitchen or F&B experience will have an advantage Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation. Wash, peel, cut and portion ingredients as instructed. Prepare ingredients and basic food items according to the kitchen’s requirements. Assist cooks/chefs during food preparation and service. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils and workstations. Wash and store kitchen utensils, plates and cooking equipment. Ensure ingredients and kitchen supplies are properly stored. Assist with receiving, checking and arranging food supplies when required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Dispose of food waste properly and keep the kitchen area tidy. Perform other general kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor.
