The Service Crew is responsible for delivering, efficient, and high-quality customer service. This role supports daily operations, ensures cleanliness and safety standards, and contributes to a positive customer experience. Dress Code: Top will be provided (TBC) Black pants (no tears, no holes) Covered black shoes (with proper grip) - Long sleeve top required if tattoos are visible. Clean, short nails (no nail polish) Accessories: Only one ring allowed (no diamond). Remove the rest. Clothing must be clean and free from any unpleasant odour No loud colour hairstyle 🔸Able to communicate in Chinese🔸 Meal is provided during break and after work shift ended Bring physical NRIC Arrive 10 mins before job start time. Contact site supervisor - send an image via WhatsApp of your surroundings would help site supervisor to locate you faster. (eg. Mall Entrance, Guard house, HDB block no., etc) WhatsApp text/call preferred for contacting site supervisor if voice call/SMS fails.
