Marketing & Promotion Duties: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, including online and offline events, advertising, etc., to align with annual company goals. Manage and expand the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to increase brand awareness. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing market intelligence and improvement suggestions. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, etc.) to ensure promotional materials align with brand identity and effectively communicate campaign messages. Submit marketing reports on time, analyze campaign performance, and propose optimization strategies. Job Requirements A background in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred. Experience in marketing or event planning is a plus. Proficiency in marketing tools and social media platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent teamwork and execution abilities. Due to work documents and customer needs, basic Chinese communication skills are required.
