Key Responsibilities Plan creative and engaging short-form video content for TutorJohn Learning Centre’s TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook platforms Develop video concepts, scripts, hooks, shot lists and filming plans based on the content brief Film and direct educational, promotional and entertaining content featuring tutors and students Capture sufficient, well-organised footage during each filming session to produce approximately 3–4 videos Edit videos using CapCut Pro, including transitions, subtitles, text overlays, graphics, sound effects and basic visual effects Ensure that videos are properly formatted and exported for the relevant social media platforms Follow TutorJohn’s preferred branding, pacing, subtitle format and editing style Make reasonable revisions based on feedback Organise and manage raw footage and completed video files clearly Suggest fresh content ideas and improvements based on current social media trends and video performance Expectations Able to manage the complete video-production process, from initial concept and planning to filming and final delivery Comfortable working independently while communicating clearly with our team Able to understand a content brief and turn it into an engaging, polished video Reliable, punctual and able to meet agreed filming and submission deadlines Receptive to feedback and willing to refine videos when necessary Able to maintain a consistent editing style across multiple videos Understands how t
