Are you passionate about project management and delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects? We are looking for a proactive and responsible Senior Project Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating projects from planning to completion while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion. Plan, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Attend project, site, and coordination meetings, and follow up on action items. Supervise site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project costs, material deliveries, manpower, and work progress. Prepare project reports, site documentation, method statements, and project records. Resolve site issues and provide practical solutions to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety requirements. Support project handover, defect rectification, and project close-out.
