Job Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the beauty salon. Lead, supervise, and motivate the beauty team to achieve sales and service targets. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction. Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Monitor inventory, salon cleanliness, and operational standards. Develop sales strategies and promote beauty treatments and packages. Resolve customer feedback and maintain a professional salon environment. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty salon management or a related supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Sales-oriented with the ability to lead a high-performing team. Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs) are preferred.
