About the role Join the dynamic team at Chocz. Pte. Ltd. as a Retail Assistant. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail store located in Singapore. What you'll be doing Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately Restock and maintain the appearance of the retail space Provide product information and recommendations to customers Efficiently bagging customers purchases, ensuring items are properly packed to prevent damage. Good housekeeping practices to maintain retail space neat and clean Assist with inventory management and daily reporting Assisting with loading and unloading, checking and counting of stocks.
